Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Life Moves, we strive to create transformative and valuable experiences for our participants. We understand that plans can change, and our cancellation and refund policy reflects a balance between flexibility and the resources required to plan and deliver our offerings.
1. General Cancellation Policy
Online Programs & Workshops
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the program start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are non-refundable.

If the program is postponed or rescheduled by Life Moves, participants may choose to:
- Transfer to the new date, or
- Request a full refund.
Private Sessions & Consultations
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
- If a session is cancelled by Life Moves, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
2. Retreat Cancellation Policy
Participant-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable deposit and any applicable administrative fees.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are fully non-refundable.
- In lieu of cancellation, participants may transfer their booking to another individual, subject to prior written approval from Life Moves.
- No refunds will be given for arriving late, leaving early, or for any unused services during the retreat.
Retreat Cancelled by Life Moves

In the rare case that Life Moves must cancel a retreat, participants will be notified at the earliest opportunity and given the option to:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Transfer their booking to another upcoming retreat.
Force Majeure Clause

If cancellation or postponement occurs due to natural disasters, pandemics (e.g., COVID-19), geopolitical instability, war, or other force majeure events, the booking fee will be credited and can be redeemed toward any future Life Moves retreat or program, including rescheduled versions of the original event.

Please note: Life Moves is not liable for costs related to personal travel, flights, accommodation, or other third-party expenses. We strongly recommend booking refundable travel and purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
3. No Shows
Participants who fail to attend any session, workshop, or retreat without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.
- All refunds will be issued net of any third-party transaction or processing fees (e.g., bank charges, payment gateway fees).
5. Transfers & Credits (Optional)
Where applicable and at the discretion of Life Moves:
- Participants may be offered the option to transfer their credit to a future offering of similar value.
- Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days in advance of the original event date.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Life Moves may, at its discretion, consider partial refunds or credit in cases of:
- Medical emergencies
- Family emergencies
- Other significant personal hardships
Supporting documentation may be required. All decisions in such cases will be final.

8. Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in any offering by Life Moves, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
